MINI - MIDI Pump Parts

The MINI pond fountain and the MIDI pond fountain use the same pump assembly with the exception of the impeller. Each of the available horsepower models have their own specific impeller. The pump consists of

First you must remove the "Motor Shroud" which will expose the bottom of the pump assembly. Then remove the six (6) screws that hold the "Discharge Housing" to the "Suction Housing" this exposes the "impeller". Inspect all of the parts for proper clearance and operation.

The OASE MINI Stratavator consists of the "Nozzle", the "Float Body", the "Pump Motor Assembly" (see above) and the "Strainer" or intake screen (filter)

OASE Pump Parts Breakdown

Discharge Housing

 

The discharge housing is attached to the suction housing with six bolts and washers. The threads where the nozzle attaches are REVERCE so they turn in the opposite direction that you would think.

"O" Ring

The "O" Ring is used to seal the suction housing to the discharge housing. It fits into the groove located in the discharge housing

1/2 • 3/4 • 1 HP Impeller

The Impeller on the 1/2 HP 3/4 HP and the 1 HP pump is attached to the splined shaft of the motor.

1 1/2 • 2 HP Impeller

The Impeller on the 1 1/2 HP and the 2 HP pump is attached to the splined shaft of the motor.

Suction Housing

The suction housing is attached to the discharge housing with six bolts and washers on the top and the motor mount on the bottom.

Motor Mount

The suction housing is attached to the Motor Mount with three bolts and washers on the top and four nuts attach the motor mount to the motor on the bottom.
